By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the platform at luyiss.com (operating as the Global Trade Insights & Industry Network, hereafter "GTIIN"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Luyiss Global Corp and all users, including procurement teams, importers, exporters, and logistics professionals. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
02 Intellectual Property Rights

Our "Market Sentiment" index and real-time tariff aggregation logic are trade secrets. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Strict Prohibitions
We explicitly prohibit automated scraping, mirroring, bulk data extraction, or the training of AI models using our trade intelligence.
Any breach of these protections will result in immediate termination of access and the commencement of legal proceedings for damages in excess of standard commercial licensing rates.
